Performance auto salvage utilizes UPS and FedEx for most shipped items. In most cases, your order will be packed and shipped within 5 -6 business days.

Larger items, such as motors, transmissions, hoods, and doors require a different method of shipping. We use several carriers offering you the best rates and delivery times. Contact us for an exact quote. We get very competitive rates throughout the country.

Here are some guidelines to keep in mind if you are unable to get the weight of your part:

Smaller parts are easy to UPS and must be less than 150 lbs. and under certain dimensions. All weights are guidelines and subject to change with each vehicle.

Airbags require special boxes and higher regulations. $50 per driver airbag. $50 per passenger air bag. Dash panels, roof air bags, and seat air bags will be more. Please call for an exact quote.

We do not ship glass. These items must be picked up at any of our store locations. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Performance auto salvage takes 15 business days to deliver most of the part.

Returns

Refunds

No refunds on special ordered parts, including cuts.

No refunds on Electrical.

All returns must be accompanied by an original receipt.

All Refunds have a 14 business day waiting period before refund will be issued.

Restock fees to include shipping and handling and all labor charges incurred of 25% of selling price.
